Welcome to our little patch of Heaven. McCown Family Farms is a family owned dairy. We are located outside of Troup in a small town of New Summerfield, Texas. We believe that God is first in our lives and we are grateful for His many blessings that he has given us. At McCown Family Farms we are dedicated to providing exceptionally high quality milk and dairy products to our local community. We support local FFA Chapters, 4-H Clubs, and schools in educating our youth in how to care for the land and our livestock.

Our Practices
McCown Family Farms is a Christian centered dairy that believes in producing healthy and fresh dairy products in a sustainable matter. We have jersey cows and a few jersey-cross. They are pasture-raised year-round and only confined to be milked. We practice a sustainable farming operation. The cows have a primary diet of grass and hay and are supplemented with grain. Our cows are NEVER given growth or milk enhancing hormones.
